Walking without shoes on uneven terrain is healthy, relaxing, energizing and joyful. Walking barefoot is a natural reflex massage that affects the whole body. The metabolism, the circulatory system, freshness of the whole body and good mood are stimulated in a natural way. The trail is also suitable for children of all ages - fine and gross motor skills are developed.
