You can check in from 3:00 PM, and check out is usually by 10:00 AM.

Is there a baby cot available in the room?
We will to prepare a baby cot for you upon prior reservation. The fee for a baby cot is 100 CZK/night.

Is it possible to stay with a pet?
We apologize, but unfortunately not. We try to provide services with a hygienic standard and cleanliness of all spaces and textiles. Pets in the room (often even in the bed 😊) would not allow us to do this.

Can we go to the restaurant with our dog?
It depends on the specific situation. If the restaurant is completely full, or there is a gastronomic event, etc., we do not allow dogs. In the case of freer days, if the dog is disciplined and on a leash under the table, the presence of the dog can be allowed. Please always ask our staff.

Is a reservation required for the restaurant?
Reservations for the restaurant are not necessary, but we highly recommend them. During busy days, especially on weekends, the restaurant and the entire area are very crowded. Seating guests without a reservation is not a given.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the restaurant.

Do you offer gluten free breakfast?
Depending on operational capabilities and the number of guests, we offer breakfast either served or in the form of a rich buffet, where people with food intolerances can also choose. Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free or other special types of pastries.

Can I purchase a gift voucher from you?
You can order a gift voucher for delivery online, and if you have a special request, our reception will be happy to issue you a tailor-made voucher.

Who is the outdoor pool intended for?
The outdoor pool is for hotel guests only.

Are there smoking rooms in the hotel?
All indoor areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Is it possible to pay by credit card or in foreign currency?
In all areas (restaurant, outdoor garden, observation tower, patent bistro, reception) it is possible to pay by credit card or cash in Czech crowns.

Do you accept payment by meal vouchers?
Unfortunately, we do not accept meal vouchers.
