Reservations
A reservation can be made electronically via the reservation form located at www.bukovansky-mlyn.cz, or by other means of communication (by e-mail, telephone, in person, etc.). The reservation will be confirmed or rejected by the hotel according to the current availability of the requested date.

Deposit and additional payment
A deposit of at least 50% of the accommodation price is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid immediately online (card payment, QR code, etc.). In the case of payment by bank transfer, the deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after receiving the binding confirmation of the reservation or the turnover in the case of a reservation made 7 or less days before arrival. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled. The additional payment is due 14 days before arrival, unless otherwise stated. If the balance is not paid within the specified period, the hotel has the right to cancel the stay and charge cancellation fees.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the stay, the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:

  • 30% of the price of the ordered services, if the cancellation occurs up to the 30th day before the arrival date
  • 50% of the price of the ordered services, if the cancellation occurs from the 29th to the 8th day before the arrival date
  • 100% of the price of the ordered services, if the cancellation occurs from the 7th to the 1st day before the arrival date, or if the customer does not arrive for the stay

When determining the number of days for calculating cancellation fees, the day on which the cancellation was delivered to the hotel is also included in the specified number of days. The day of the start of the stay is not included in the number of days. In the event of partial withdrawal from the contract, the cancellation fee is calculated from the amount for partially canceled services. Cancellation must be sent in writing.

If accommodation is not possible due to a conflict with currently valid prohibitions and regulations of the Government of the Czech Republic or other state authorities (e.g. due to a pandemic), i.e. obstacles on the part of the hotel, the customer has the right to cancel the stay without a cancellation fee and to return previously paid deposits, unless it is agreed to transfer the deposits to another accommodation (date).

In the case of obstacles for reasons that are on the part of the customer (e.g. illness, ordered quarantine, fear of illness, etc.), the hotel's right to pay the cancellation fee is not affected.

Check-in and stay
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out, i.e. leaving the room, is by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. Staying at the hotel is governed by the Hotel Accommodation Rules, which are available at the hotel reception. In the event of a serious breach of these rules by the client, the hotel has the right to terminate the client's stay without compensation. If a dispute arises between the contracting parties, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is the subject of out-of-court settlement.

Reservations via other booking portals
If the client books a stay via other booking portals with which the hotel has an agreement, the booking, payment and cancellation conditions are governed by the conditions stated on such portal. Reservations without a credit card guarantee are usually not possible on these portals.

Gift vouchers – terms of use

  • The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed or set
  • The validity of the gift voucher can be extended once upon request
  • The gift voucher cannot be replaced in case of loss
  • The gift voucher is transferable
  • The holder of a gift voucher for services must check availability in advance and book a date
  • The holder of a value gift voucher can redeem the voucher during normal opening hours, except for events that restrict operations
  • We do not refund money for vouchers already purchased

How to buy gift vouchers

  • online at https://bukovansky-mlyn.cz/en/purchase-a-gift-voucher. The voucher will be sent to your email immediately after payment.
  • At the hotel reception – the voucher can be paid in cash or by card. You can buy vouchers for all Bukovansky Mlyn services at the reception
  • Sending a gift voucher by email – You will receive an electronic gift voucher after the payment has been credited to our account.
  • Sending a gift voucher by post – Payment in advance to the account. Postage and packaging are not charged. Do not forget to include your address
