Open cellar

Under the main building of the restaurant there is also a large cellar with a traditional vaulted cellar offering pleasant and stylish spaces for sitting or private rentals and tastings. The cellar is equipped with rustic wooden furniture with the possibility of adjusting the seating capacity according to the customer's requirements. The cellar also includes the Rotunda wine shop and a winery exhibition.

The cellar is open to the public from 11:00 - 20:00 free of charge.

The cellar is closed during private events.

In the connecting corridor between the rotunda and the vaulted cellar there is a winery exhibition with an insight into the process of wine production and the history of viticulture. The exhibits come from the surrounding small winemakers and served their purpose in the past.

The lowest circular room of the entire cellar is used to store bottled wine from local wineries and for tastings. We do not produce wine ourselves, but we carefully select and purchase from local wineries with whom we have good experiences and long-standing friendly relationships.

Possibility of rental or tasting

We also offer the cellar spaces of the Bukovanský mlýn for private events, company trainings or thematic tastings. It is possible to rent both the entire cellar and individual spaces.
