Slovak evening with tasting, wine and accommodation

We offer you a traditional Slovak evening with refreshments, unlimited consumption of barrel wine and tasting for booked groups. During the evening, you will be looked after by the staff and the cellar master, who will conduct the tasting. The duration of the program, which takes place in the Mill Restaurant and the Rotunda in the wine cellar, is 6 hours and ends at midnight. The program includes accommodation in a *** hotel with breakfast, directly on the mill premises, including a tour of the lookout tower.

Program:

DAY 1

  • afternoon or early evening arrival of clients at Bukovany Mill
  • accommodation in 2 and 3-room rooms of category ***

18:00 – start of the evening at the Mill Restaurant in the Bukovany Mill area

  • welcoming guests with a shot of plum brandy or apricot brandy
  • traditional Slovácko warm dinner: roast duck, red cabbage with raisins and cinnamon, homemade dumplings, fried onions
  • with dinner we serve dry light draft white wine for a good digestion
  • jugs of water on the tables throughout the evening
  • after dinner coffee and fresh Kyjov patents with jam and poppy seeds, sprinkled with sugar and drizzled with butter

19:30 – guided wine tasting with the cellar master in the Rotunda (in case of more than 25 people, 2 tastings will be held)

  • delicious tasting of 8 batches of regional wines, brand wines or wines with an attribute

21:00 – continuation of free entertainment with gradual table service and wine

  • unlimited consumption of draft wines (white dry, white semi-dry or semi-sweet and red) throughout the evening
  • fresh grapes to “peek”
  • homemade crackling spread, pastries
  • wedding cakes with cottage cheese and sprinkles on the tables
  • board with smoked specialties and homemade apple horseradish, pastries
  • cheese plate with sliced ​​fresh peppers

DAY 2

  • 7:30-10:00 rich breakfast in the form of a hot and cold buffet in the hotel restaurant
  • tour of the windmill with an explanation (the tour includes the Fireplace, an exhibition of traditional Slovak ceramics, an exhibition of cuisine from the 1st half of the 20th century and an observation tower)
  • end and departure

The price does not include: consumption of bottled wines and other drinks, music

  • We recommend diversifying the evening with dulcimer music or an accordion player.
  • Extending the evening after 24:00 is not possible due to hotel operations.
  • The minimum number for the implementation of the program is 20 people. The maximum number considering the accommodation capacity is 50 people. The number can be increased with extra beds, which are rather provisional in nature.
  • The program without accommodation can only be provided exceptionally with a tailor-made calculation according to the date.
