Wine and sparkling wine tasting

Tastings in the Rotunda wine cellar for groups and companies take place on the basis of an advance order. In exceptional cases of last-minute orders, we will try to accommodate. The tasting is conducted by our experienced cellar masters and accompanied by an interesting and expert explanation of the wine according to the interest and composition of the group. The number of people for 1 set of tasting is 1-20 people. The length of the tasting is approximately 70-90 minutes according to individual interest. In the case of a larger group (over 20 people), it is advisable to agree on the division into smaller groups (up to 20 people), so that the second group can be provided with, for example, a tour of the mill, etc.

The tasting is organized in such a way that one whole bottle of wine from each sample is always opened. One bottle (0,75 l) represents 15 tasting glasses of 0,05 l. The bottle can be divided for up to 20 people with a lower volume of sample per person. Free pieces of bread are provided with the tasting to lubricate the taste between the wines. If the opened bottle is not completely consumed, the client can take it with them for further consumption.

The tasting includes 10 batches of wines, from a wide range of attributes allowed by the wine law, including special wines according to the current offer of the wine shop and any request of the guest.

The tasting includes an exclusive set of 8 sparkling wines produced by the classic method of fermentation in the bottle from carefully selected vineyards from our region according to the current offer of the wine shop and the guest's request.

Exclusive MAGNUM tasting

Exclusive MAGNUM tasting

This highly exclusive tasting focuses on sparkling wines and wines from the MAGNUM range. Thanks to the noble, slower and more even ageing in larger 1.5l bottles compared to the classic 0.75, it is characterised by a smoother, fuller and richer taste. The tasting includes 2 batches of sparkling wine and 6 batches of wines from carefully selected vineyards in our region.
