In order to diversify our offer of local wines, we decided to expand our offer with Moravian sparkling wines fermented in a bottle using the traditional "champagne" method. These wines are aged on the lees for 9-42 months and are produced by the method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. No artificial CO2, but the pleasant natural bubbling of these wines makes the unique experience stand out. We carefully select our selections from: Zámecké vinařství Bzenec, Proqin, Nové vinařství and Vinařství Štěpán Maňák.
Every day we have three samples and bottled champagnes available for you by the glass only. Thanks to the unique equipment from FRESH -IT, we can keep an open bottle of sparkling wine for up to 2 months in excellent condition. Thanks to this offer, you can taste multiple sparkling wines and choose the right one for you .
